4th annual LGBTQ Womyn of Color Conference
Oct. 12th-Oct. 14th, 2012.
Held by Elements organization. The LGBTQ Womyn of Color Conference is the first ever of its kind in the Greater Philadelphia region. It is a mechanism by which to gather LGBTQ Womyn of color – a community who have been historically dispersed and relegated to the fringes of our society. Our hope in organizing a conference of this kind is to create a safe space by which we can harness the diverse energies, talents, skills, and abilities of our community to begin the work of healing and building networks to support that aim. For more information please visit Elements’ website.
