This month we will be enjoying sipping on eggnog and enjoying other holiday treats. There is no specific topic to discuss, so folks are free to engage in conversation or maybe participate in our white elephant gift exchange.

hotpot! potlucks are open to people who identify as Asian/Pacific Islander and queer, lesbian, bisexual women, transgender, gender-variant, gender queer, gender non conforming or women.
White Elephant Rules:
Ever had something that just takes up space and you just want to get rid of it? Here’s your chance!
If you would like to participate, please bring a wrapped/bagged gift from your home that you want to get rid of because it’s no longer of use to you, but could be useful for somebody else. There is no need for it to be something fancy, and we definitely don’t need people going out to buy things.
Bring the gift, and we’ll have a designated table for it. At a certain time, we’ll give the participants a number from a hat and they’ll pick any gift from the table in that order. They then reveal what it is.
Then the next person has a choice:
1. They pick a gift from the table.
2. They steal an open gift from any person in front of them and the person whose gift was stolen would pick a new gift.
That’s it! It’ll be fun to find out what kind of things people have lying around their homes that are just taking up space.
